I paid $54 for three drinks a kids meal a regular meal and a salad when I got up to the front I asked if they put any Zaxby’s sauce in the bags because I feel like with multiple meals should be able to get at least a Zaxby’s sauce and they said no it’s $.25 for Zaxby sauce now. I told her I was not giving them any more money after I just spent $54 on a fast food place for three people to eat absolutely ridiculous. I’m so done with Zaxby’s.
I always have a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Latosha Proctor! She’s consistently friendly, efficient, and gets my order right every single time. Her sweet smile and positive attitude make every visit enjoyable. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and helps the whole team shine. Because of her excellent service, I’ve become a regular — Zaxby’s is lucky to have her!
