I was waiting for my order and could clearly hear what seemed to be a manager berating an employee in front of everyone. Anyone who feels empowered to speak to employees this way does not deserve to be in a position of authority, especially over young adolescent teenagers. We should be sculpting them not tearing them down. Shame on you Crystal!
