After waiting 15mins for a curbside order, I called to see if there was a problem with my order. I was told told curbside ordering doesn't work, and when I tried asking if I needed to come inside or if they would bring it out, I heard someone in the back clearly say "just hang up." Walked inside a minute later and the order was sitting with the mobile pick up getting cold. Never had such rude service at a Zaxby's before.
My Five stars is for the manager by the name of James and James only. I wanted to take a moment to recognize the manager at the Zaxby’s in Greenacres his name is James . While the food wasn’t quite what we had hoped for, the manager was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. His customer service really stood out, and I think people like James deserve to be recognized. Thank you for being so pleasant and caring—you made a difference!
I ordered grilled chicken sandwich at the drive thru and it's really good. They filled my order quicker than I expected. I will return when I want a grilled chicken sandwich soon!
