Got the grilled chicken for the first and last time. If that’s the correct quality then it needs to be removed from the menu. It was so tough and dry that I couldn’t even chew it
Based on some of the recent reviews, I may be one of the few people who has visited several times over the past two weeks and had a pretty positive experience over all. I did enjoy the Zax Snax 3-Piece Chicken Finger Combo, although I only ordered it because I had a coupon in the mobile app. The chicken was hot, juicy, and flavorful, but I do think the chicken fingers are on the smaller side. Worse zaxbys in lexington. You can never order in the drive thru, always long wait times, and management clearly does not care about customer satisfaction.
Service is slooooooow. Recently began working near this location, gave it 3 tries, but cannot wait 10 to 15 minutes to get food on my lunch break. First 2 times was drive thru, so gave inside a try, no faster and the floor was so sticky you could hear everyone's shoes "snap" off the floor.
Had to eat my cold wrap and fries with a fork. This place is NEVER consistent!!
