We ordered 2 to go orders. 1 totally wrong. Long wait times, terrible service. 2 orders and you can't even get half right. Say you don't give a crap without saying you don't care. This place sucks, the employees clearly don't care. We will absolutely never waste our time or money at this location. Clearly this job is too hard to make right.. so these are who we depend on for future jobs.. pathetic!!!
My friend orders food for us here all the time and every single time she orders my order is wrong or messed up. Y'all have forgotten the bacon on my chicken sandwich on 2 separate occasions and this time I got the garlic parm boneless wings and there's no sauce on them. On top of that the fries are always undercooked and sometimes the chicken fingers are overcooked and very dry. Also received a very watered down Dr. Pepper like there's carbonation in it all.
I ordered two loaded chicken bacon ranch meals and the bacon was completely burnt ( Black). I discovered it when I arrived home and let it go two weeks ago . Today I stopped by the St. James location in Goosecreek, SC , placed another order, and asked the cashier if she could check the food before placing it inside of the bag to make sure that the bacon was not burnt this time.
