The snail speed of drive thru reallllly defeats the purpose of ‘fast food.’ The new atmosphere is DEPRESSING lol The only thing n desperately needed upgrading is the speed & accuracy of this place..
Waited over 40 mins in the drive through to receive my food. Fry seasoning is inconsistent as is the sauced wings being dry.
The service was excellent and the place was clean. I ordered some lemon pepper bone in wings. The flavor was good, however the wings were extremely small. They could have been from cornish hens. For the price I would have expected at least average size wings. This was my first time at a Zaxbys and if this is an example, it'll probably be my last unless they make this good.
If I could i would put a zero horrible food. The wings I had were hard and no sauce was on them when I clearly asked for sauce the bread was hard and nasty. Would never recommend 0 out of 10 nasty horrible place to gon
