Placed a pre-order recently and received confirmation. On the day the order was to arrive it had not on time so I went back to the track order link and it stated "there is a problem with the order please call the store" Called the store multiple times, on hold for over 20 minutes each time, until I was then hung up on each time without a word. Unacceptable customer service to not even notify the customer that the order is delayed, or in my case never had the order show up at all.
Chicken is too salty and too peppery at the same time. Tenders were pretty small. Fries and coleslaw were very good.
