I went through the drive through to order a salad. I said I wanted grilled chicken on it. I get to the window and was handed a fried chicken salad. I told the cashier at the drive through this isn’t what I ordered can you give me a new salad. He told to hand him the salad back and to pull forward and he will bring out the new salad. He brought me the same salad but now they removed the fried chicken and added the grilled chicken. The lettuce had grease on it and the grilled chicken was not sliced properly. Drink machine never has drink,or has flat/stale drinks(it’s been this way for 4 months now).If you go to the counter for a refill the workers treat you as if you are invisible.This is a poor poor example of a Zaxby’s.
