Great service
Zaxby's was fairly busy this evening. It's not the wait that bothers me.. I'd rather wait to get fresh food. Well, it wasn't fresh after a more than ten minute wait. The french fries were hard, and the chicken was dry. I'll give them another shot. Well, I gave Zaxbys another chance to get it right. They failed miserably. I'm not sure where to start but here we go. The drinks (1- sprite 2- diet cokes) were all carbonated water. No flavor at all. The Asian Wrap with grilled chicken is delightful
I stopped by this Zaxby's on a Friday evening on May 1st, 2026 at about 7pm. They were super busy because another chicken restaurant nearby was having technical difficulties and couldn't fulfill orders. The Zaxby's drive thru was lined up, and I thought that they would be overwhelmed with the extra orders. I was pleasantly surprised because they had sufficient staff and everyone was busy at work.
