Had an online order, pulled yo the drive-thru to get it. waited almost 20 mins. Finally got to the window and got my food. Got home everything was cold fries was hard like they had been sitting chicken was cold and tenders was cold this is the third time my food has been cold and not fresh. I don’t know why I keep going back.They either need new management or something, cause this is ridiculous and didn’t even call back up there because I knew nothing would be done about it.
I had a small issue at a location and the manager Gracie definitely went above and beyond to fix my problem. She was very kind and understanding.
place has gone downhill bad.. wont be returning..
