This Zaxbys location has decided they need to charge for cups of water, so when you get a water along with whatever you are purchasing they will ring up sauces to charge you for your small water. Charging for water is ridiculous when the restaurant is overpriced to begin with, and if you are going to charge for water, put it on the menu instead of ringing up sauces. Terrible way to treat your customers.
Yall should probably teach the people working that the rule of thumb is to wait until the customer leaves to talk bad about them and how they’re wrong not when they’re about 10 feet away at the counter lol this is why I usually take the L when people mess up
