Nice Southern atmosphere, good food
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Zaxby's. Last night, I went there for dinner, looking forward to enjoying a 10-piece tender meal. However, as I was eating, I realized that my food was raw. This was not only unappetizing but also a serious health concern. I immediately called the restaurant to inform them of the issue. They apologized and offered to replace my meal, so I went back to pick up the replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement meal was just as bad.
