The one place that I can always count on getting fresh delicious food is Zaxbys. But today that did not happen at all. I got 3 chicken tenders that were dry and small and you could tell they were sitting under a heat light. The boneless wings were old and disgusting. Had a issue with a delivery service to pick up an order. Back and forth as always and the manger and another employee worked to resolve the issue. No hard feelings at all just glad to get the good food I had been craving. Thanks guys.
Great wings and fun vibe. Fun atmosphere and met some fun people while watching some sports. Highly recommend!
This place was crawling with Roaches as of 7/8/26. Saw a huge one crawling across the floor and We had 1 about to crawl over my daughter as we were eating. We told the staff about it and automatically claimed them to be "water bugs" which told us they already knew about it and knew what to say if any interactions came. My wife worked as a waitress for years and know exactly how the restraunt industry works.
