I went to pick up order. Lady at register looked behind her on counter and told me “it’s not ready yet” (keep in mind a bag and drink/shake matches order) She and the other employee began servicing everyone except me as I wires over 15 minutes. I inquired about order again then was given excuses of someone already picked it up, I had wrong address next questioning what the order was AGAIN. One lady decided to walk off. This zaxbys is by far the best! I’ve never had a single issue with the food quality nor the staff. Everyone is super friendly and the food comes out hot and fresh. Cason is also fantastic on how he handles is customers! He’s quick and attentive to any issues we had and always made it right. Thank you Cason and your team for the great job y'all do!
This zaxbys sucks I’ve been to two others nearby and they don’t take as long as this one every time I go to this zaxbys they get my order wrong I sit in line for 20 minutes and when I get to the window I sit forever again I say they need to just shut down or get their stuff right worst fast food experience I’ve ever had straight up
