Good food. Ordered chicken sandwich with no tomato but got home and it had 3 slices. No big deal they were busy.
My friends brother works there and the lady or his boss idk someone that is there is really rude to him and my friends. We went there and had gotten a Mr beast box and she gave us a whole different thing and argued with kids that were trying to get their food. Also every time I order my food they forget sauce and the drink gets mixed up with different drinks.
Young man at the front had exceptional customer service. This location specifically is always great- freshly cooked food, a clean interior, working soda/tea machines. Very kind staff. Zaxby's used to be on the more expensive end of fast food, but was always better quality. Nowadays, with how expensive other fast food restaurants have become, Zaxby's does not seem like it has raised its prices as much but still remains great quality. The new egg rolls on the menu are also delicious.
