Having several employees just hanging out and giggling and not worrying about my order. I think the Management on this shift should do a little managing! No one wants to wait extra time for no real reason. No one is inside the establishment and no one is in the drive through area. What's the purpose of a 20 min wait for milk shakes and cookies?

I just had ZAXBY'S for the 1st time EVER and I will warn you- IT'S FIRE DON'T burn the taste out yo mouth like I did! "ONCE you have ZAXBY'S there's NO going BACKSIES!"

Ordered food has priority drop off and everything and the food still mange to arrive cold and hard as if the fries were sitting out for an hour before serving. Called the store spoke to one person regarding my order being cancelled the first time then went to call back with the issue that I had and no answer phone will just ring until someone answers then hangs up immediately. Happened to be 3 times. I called another store and was able to get a hold of the DISTRICT MANAGER. I hope this store takes orders more seriously from ... read more

Everything else is great besides some of the workers. They are honestly pretty rude and really for no reason people are coming to ur restaurant to eat and ur giving people attitude and can’t even say a word to them or atleast just be polite? I mean u chose to work in guest facing positions where u are having to talk to people.i dont get why ur mean mugging ur customers. If you dont want to work there then just dont!
