The worst experience at this location. I ordered online around 11:15pm to be able to do a quick pick-up. Got there like 15min after ALL THE LIGHTS WERE OFF and had to wait over 30 extra minutes to finally get the order. Won't be coming to this location again!
I like zax better than Canes... Canes tenders are crunchy but no flavor. Zax has flavor and sauce
Ashley is a horrible cashier, mind you I come to this location pretty often I’ve never been serviced by her so to be serviced in such a trashy way is just disgusting. . The other cashier in the back was just looking so disgusted with her action. Have a talk with that young lady asap, get her off service I nearly asked for a refund.
Fire the front of house that was complaint about their schedules and stayed clear of making all of our orders correct. Fire the cook who clearly doesn’t know how to follow a printed recipe. One of the girls who took our order was the topical worker. Have her promoted to Manager and I guarantee we would come back. As if today June 26, 2026 I will never come back. This is one of my favorite places to eat at. However I can’t help but continue to be increasingly upset by the fact that I continue to run into problems placing my online orders. Too often the app will tell me how this store is unavailable for pick up or delivery and yet this location is said to be open per google and such. Incredibly aggravating and dissatisfying
