The AC wasn't working, we decided to get our food through the drive thru. Our food took a very long time, and when it finally arrived, we were missing the forks for our zalads. The food was good, though. Just not our best trip to Zaxby's.
Great customer Service
The food is good but the portion size is horrible. I got loaded bacon ranch fries. It’s suppose to be 3 tenders and it only looks like one pulse they barely even give fires. The amount they gave does not even fill the plate at all barely even half way. And for the price is ridiculous.
Most of my food was cold. Fries and chicken tasted like they were cooked in month old fryer grease. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this at this location.
I went to this location on my break . Checked In on curbside. I still had to call to bring my food out . I received my food & my tenders barely had sauce on them . So I had to go take them in. So inconvenient, when the whole purpose of curbside , was to not go in. No apology or anything .
