It is 9:09 pm and I was looking forward to having dinner at Zaxby’s. The door for the lobby was closed and I did not understand why, on the door it even said they had “extended hours”. It’s all a lie, I parked by the drive thru lane so I asked the employees at the window if there was a reason why the door was locked on both sides, they said they closed the inside lobby early. Great service
Great service, good food. Don't try to nickel and dime you over your sauce. Pop machine in the dining room needs adjustment. Been bad for a while. Appreciate the military discount. Thank yinz guys!
Went in and waited several minutes for the mop headed teenager to look up from his phone long enough to take our order. The several employees behind him also standing around shucking and jiving. Two registers open, 6 employees, no on in line and nothing. So we left. Ef this location. Crap service and mediocre food. We're done here.
