It never fails.. every single time I come here, they NEVER get my order right!!!! You tell them no pickle and they put cheese and bacon on your sandwich! You ask for a Dr.pepper and they give you a Diet Coke!!! I do online orders bc I work near by.. and I tell the exactly what I want in the app and they obviously CANT READ!!!!!! Not to mention they NEVER put zaxby sauces in the bag.. is it really that hard to throw 2 in a bag!?!?! They are so freaking incompetent!!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!!!!
We have been to Zaxby's before and have been satisfied, but on this particular visit (3/15) it was very much another story. We wanted to try the new lemon pepper dry rub wings. We ordered our food and it came out. My order was missing fries and they fixed that issue. The lemon pepper wings came out and looked strange. It was explained that Zaxby's puts butter on the wings to help keep the dry rub on the wings. Dry rub wings to me are cooked and immediately tossed. When we came in, the cashier quickly told me we had to take out because they were going to close the dining room soon. If that was the case, they should have locked the doors. The floor was sticky- gross. When we got our meals, we checked and there were no forks. We were traveling, so this would have been an issue. The boneless wings had barely any sauce. It was terrible. I have had far too many instances where my order was made completely wrong with any alterations ignored or given the wrong food or drink. Not to mention denying simple substitutions that every other Zaxby's has not only done, but mentioned we're possible and even recommended (i. e. toast in substitute of an egg roll in the Zensation Zalad).
