Never ever coming back. Drive thru took 20+ mins for an app order! Only to receive cold soggy fries which weren’t even seasoned and I had ordered extra of. Boneless wings barely had sauce. Sauces were wrong. They had to ask if I had received my drink, you can tell they are all over the place here. Employee was sitting on their phone despite a long drive thru line. I’d blame this entirely on management. At least the girl at the window was friendly to make sure I had my order, credit to her.
2nd visit and the Texas Toast was cold and burnt. The salad was only okay but the service was satisfactory.
We ordered Zaxby's Zalad trays and cookies for an event at our church. Everything was perfect! Shoutout to Sydney who was incredibly helpful! She had everything organized and ready (on time) for me to pick up. The food was great, but Sydney was the real behind the scenes star that helped make our event successful! Thank you, Zaxby's and Sydney!
If you like to pay full price but only want part of your overpriced food this is the place for you. I visit this location once every couple of years only to find out it is still the worst one.
