Disgusting undercooked and overcooked food. Sweet tea was like drinking syrup. Not the first experience like this at this location. Horrible all around for the cost. And didn't get what I ordered.
Horrible. I’ve had bad experiences here before but nothing like this. Apparently they mistook us for somebody there earlier in the day or whatever. During placing the order at the drive thru, the guy started saying to a coworker “is this the one you with arguing with earlier?” Twice he asked them that. Then a girl came on in a condescending, smart-ass voice saying “Heyyyyy Barbie”. I’m in the passenger so I speak up that they’ve got the wrong person. Zaxby's is my child's comfort food, and I will drive it off my way to visit this location! Staff is always friendly, and we have never had issues with our orders.
