I can’t even eat this doesn’t taste right I’m on a diet. I always go through ask for a Cobb salad with grilled chicken. They gave me fried chicken if I wanted fried chicken I would’ve done it. It don’t even taste right I have not had fried food in 3 yrs I don’t know what the problem is. They never make a mistake. I get all the way home and it’s fried chicken. This is nasty. I can’t even enjoy it. You don’t even taste the same $12 wasted.
Food is always good. Customer service depends on who is working. Need to figure out a better solution for the penny and rounding.
I had a mobile order and showed up 10 minutes after I ordered it. I got the big Zac’s snack and the surf and turf. I hit the “I’m here” button on the app that tells them you have arrived and I watched as they served MULTIPLE cars in the drive thru. I watched them pull up, pay, get their food, and leave. My chicken was undone I asked for fresh ones and they gave me an attitude about it. Some of the workers was very unprofessional and had the nastiest attitude. Worst place I ever been to.
The shrimp basket was horrible The shrimp was fried hard and dry.
