EVERY TIME I order here something is wrong. The managers aren’t even willing to make things right. Zaxby’s will no longer get my money!
They were fully staffed and I still waited 15 for my food. It was only 1 order ahead of me.
No greeting, but was told to “hold” as the first introduction. Came through the drive thru, ordered $47 worth of food, to be told they didn’t have the whip cream for the milkshakes (Okay, small issue no biggie). Ask if we could get the banana pudding milkshake as a sub for them to meet us halfway (I’m tracking that it’s an online exclusive, but was hopeful that good customer service given they didn’t even have all the materials to sell the regular ones, let alone the online exclusive lol) only to be told no by the boy on the... read more
