If I could give zero Stars I would! I ordered four chicken tenders, fries, coleslaw, and veggie egg rolls. Everything was old except the coleslaw.The fries were so salty they were inedible. Honestly, they should be embarrassed serving food of that quality.
Super inconsistent service. Some days it's great and fast and you get what you ordered. However, I'd say roughly half of my visits end up with me pulling ahead and sitting for a while just to STILL find something wrong when I get home. If you ask them to swap the cole slaw with anything, even if the drive-thru worker confirmed it and it was on your receipt, most of the time it'll still be cole slaw. Asked could they cook the food, especially Fries, well done( you don’t want to say, make my fries golden brown or even a little bit crispy) , since they are mostly undercooked, not crispy or golden, soft and mushy, can they not tell or what is the problem with their fries when they used to be so good? This is what ruins restaurants. . Their food ends up so different from the beginning that made them National that it ends up closing them.
