New restaurant so I am assuming the burnt shrimp was lack of experience. We ordered several different things off the menu, but weren’t really impressed. Pickles were good but very small size for the money. Shrimp was burnt, chicken was average, the portion sizes compared to the prices, not impressed.

The fries are raw. I thought they was just soggy but they are not cooked. The fried pickles wasn't crunchy. Pretty disappointed
We visit this Zaxby’s multiple times every trip through KCK and they are fantastic! All the workers are attentive, helpful, and timely. Incredibly consistent, clearly well staffed and managed. Jeremiah in particular is a delight. My favorite is the Blue Zalad, delicious and balanced. Everything there is fantastic, only one other chain has slightly better strips and we have had many over the years. Food feels a bit pricey but that’s just how eating out is everywhere nowadays unfortunately, Zaxby’s is great value.
