04-18-26 Number occasions I will receive DRY boneless chicken as my order always is traditional. Seems cook maybe lazy and not prepare traditional wings to order rather than filled the order what is prepared as if a mistake has taken place. MY order is ALWAYS (traditional wings) WHICH at best would be room temperature and very dry, as if they have been out for sometime. Brought to my attention (Zaxby's staff) fresh orders 1600-1800 hrs is best times wait in the drive thru line at 1700 hrs. My complaints has gone unnoticed!!!... read more
