Food was good fries seasoned right. Very nice people working.
I came in to sit and eat. I stood at the register for about 2-3 minutes with no greeting. She looked but never said "hello, I'll be right with you" or nothing. No sorry for your wait. Get our food. Chicken was hot but fries were not hot, almost warm to cold.
They forget my sauce EVERY time. Even extra I paid for. And I'm always having to park and wait 10+ minutes for my food even if there is no one else there. 2nd edit: once again a wrong order. Im not sure why i keep giving this location chances. Idk if I'm just getting the bad crew or if its personal at this point. I now have to pull into a spot and check every single thing because I'm either missing something, have cold food, or got the wrong order.
I’ve eaten a lot of different Zaxby’s over the years, but I’ve got to say that this is the absolute best Zaxby’s there is. Always friendly always fresh food. They are family. The manager staff. Amanda, Jessica, Britney, Kaitlin, and Anna are the absolute best in Business. Huge shout out to all the employees That worked hard each and every day to give each and every Customer a great experience.
