This visit was disappointing and frustrating. Chicken fingers were only room temperature. The fries weren't warm either. Squishy. Gross. Tasted like they just been sitting under a warmer getting soggy. I don't understand how a manager looks at food coming out of the kitchen and still send it out when it's so mediocre. I at least want food hot. And the app is infuriating! I check the drive-thru pickup option but they still make me pull into curbside parking & wait. I haven’t had Zaxby’s in years and I was instantly greeted by a cashier named Sarah. She is the sweetest lady and the staff are so friendly! I gave her the biggest hug and the food was PERFECT! This is the ONLY Zaxby’s location I’m going to from now on! Clean restaurant, amazing food, and FANTASTIC service! It was a great experience my first time being back at a Zaxby’s after several years! Much love to the workers here! 🥹🩷🌸
I drive out of my way passing other Zaxbys just to get to this store! Food is hot and fresh ! Service is excellent ! Store is clean! Definitely excellent management here!!
