Ordered online. Waited 20mins. App timer never updated. Finally drove to location. Waited in drive-up line for 15min. Very Slow service. Food fresh but not good. Bread hard. Asked for extra Ranch. Told in bag. It was not. $17 for awful food and service. Will not be returning to this or any other Zaxbys ever again.
This place has went down hill. Not sure what has happened. Wings were fried to much. Meat was so dry. Specifically asked for light ice and i literally got 3 sips out of my drink and it was gone. Ice filled to the brim of the cup. The drink wasnt good either. Seltzer taste. I ordered a large fry plus fries instead of cole slaw not sure but i got maybe a handful of fries. Then the seasoning on the fries were hit and miss. Had a few fries that were caked but the rest were non existent. $60 and not satisfied whatsoever.
If someone asks for no blue cheese and RANCH dressing, why give them blue cheese dressing? I don't get it. I always have an issue with my food here , but they're always busy so I don't say anything. I know the color of the packet changed and Ranch isn't blue anymore, but do your people know this? I will never, ever, ever come back to this location, even if it IS 2 minutes from work.
