Asked for my food to be made fresh and they proceeded to hand me old, warm food. Asked for them to make it fresh again and they put no sauce on the sandwich. Asked the cashier for the sauce and she irritatingly told me I asked for ranch that I never once asked for. God awful service. Go to another zaxby’s and pray it isn’t nearly as bad as this one
I went to day placed an order for a grilled chicken sandwich meal. The first sandwich had brown old lettuce and soggy overwrite tomatoes. So they brought me a new sandwich again with overly ripe soggy tomatoes that should be in the trash and lettuce that was for salads.
