This place has really went down in food quality and service since the previous manager left. The chicken was over cooked and dry. The fries were not crispy but soggy. It has been like this on my last 3 visits to this location.
I was at this Zaxby’s about a week ago and a young man named Keon help me the service is excellent, The food was good and I didn’t feel like they skimped on the portions. Everything tasted fresh. I had a nice salad. The only thing that I did not like about my experience, was there was a lady on the headset taking orders I couldn’t understand a word she was saying, and It made ordering difficult, but when I got to the window and the man explained to me everything that she was saying and fixed my order correctly in the compute... read more
