If I could give them zero stars I would I ordered online @11:45pm I arrived at 12:01 went through the drive through when I got to the window… obviously they said we’ll have it right out please park at #1 they had already moved 4 cars to parking spots and 2 more after me @12:30 all the cars were gone and the lady came to my door and asked what my order was I told her again it was a pick up order… @1248 I drove to the window to ask where my order was because it had been almost an hour. Every single time Felicia is the head shift lead the orders are backed up, the wait time is ridiculous, and you have to hope your order comes out right after all of that! She hardly greets customers and isn’t very personable. Good luck trying to get food here on your lunch break. Love eating here otherwise. When there are other leads managing the shift.
I know when it come to the wraps i dnt expect it to be perfectly wrapped but this looks like it was jus balled up and put on the tray no effort at all disappointed by this one
