Food was ready fast and good Payton was super nice, supportive, and helpful. She was very considerate, I would recommend.
Never come here! There is only teens working they are disrespectful and are rude! They always get my order wrong or can’t hear after I repeat and yell many times my order honestly feel like they do it to be funny. I definitely will be reporting some people here for how passive rude and aggressive they can be! I don’t get why places hire teens that have no remorse for good customer services! Makes them and the company look bad! I now go to Delk rd location.
No service at drive-thru
Did a mobile pick up at 11:14pm inside was close so i did drive thru told us to pull forward because it’s not ready 30mins later told us to go to the main entrance and they’ll bring it out. Still nothing my husband knocked on the door cause it’s already 11:52pm and he just saw our order there sitting and cold by the time we got it got home sauces all over the place too which is fine but the portion is like a kids meal like this is what $16 is now at this zaxby?
I ordered online 2 of the 10 wings for $10. I get home and look at my food and see only 8 wings in each box and literally just a wing with no meat.
