I’m giving 5 stars due to the great, pleasant, and professional service provided by Alejandro at the front counter. He took my order around 11:45 AM on 3/23/26 and made the experience smooth and welcoming. However, the individual working the drive-thru during that same time was very rude and unprofessional. Their attitude did not reflect good customer service and could definitely benefit from additional training. Overall, Alejandro’s excellent service stood out and made a positive impression.
The service and are excellent. I love the new dry rub options.
