This was my first time going to Zaxby's. Stood in line for about 15-20 minutes. The employees did not appear to know what they were doing. The ones in the kitchen just kind of stood around, the ones behind the counter were bumbling around but didn't seem to get anything done despite all the activity. Drive cashier has a bad attitude. Not friendly.
The wings were not hot, barley lukewarm. Was not impressed. Fries were not hot, I had asked for fresh hot fries. The young lady was very pleasant.
I ordered food from here 02/10/2026 around @9:45 p.m. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and fries the fries were not all the way cooked nor was the chicken it was VERY rubbery and not cooked I even put it in the air fryer to cook more it still was nasty the bread was very soggy because whoever made it put HELLA ranch / tomatoes And the fries was very salty. If I could rate a 0 I ABSOLUTELY WOULD.
