Oooh weee. I want some fried chicken and sweet tea for supper after the movie! For shame! They said no sweet tea for the night sometime after 8pm when they are open until 10. For a restaurant from the South, that would be like McDonald's without fries. So instead, we can drink either processed/carbonated slop, or pipe water. Wish I had known before I paid and ordered. Loaded bacon chicken fries had absolutely no seasoning on them. I was so disappointed I ate them at home, and had no chance to have them correct it. Additionally their coke is always quite weak - very watered down.
Been exactly 38min since I place my order. My lunch is only 30min. This is crazy’s. They blamed it on the app and then assumed i didn’t click “asap” which I did… I live Zaxbys but after this encounter I can’t risk wasting my entire lunch and some to eat. Quick to take my money but received nothing but excuses. Couldn’t cancel my order because it’s too “late” Glad I took a screenshot.
