Unfortunately, I had to change my five-star review to a one-star review because of last night's experience. Attached is a photo of the only receipt that I received. The young lady who handed me my order did not smile once. I really don't care about that.... But it should be mentioned. When I was handed my food the door was shut and sitting on the windowsill was my drink. I go to this Zaxby’s quite a bit and I’m never disappointed. Today I made a mistake and ordered at the wrong Zaxby’s for a pick up order and they honored the deal. They are very accommodating and are willing to help. Amazing customer service.
Chicken Fajita Quesadilla is definitely *not* worth $14. I'm not delusional. I didn't expect it to look exactly like it does in the commercial but I've had better and cheaper versions of this at dive bars.
Good food. Pleasant atmosphere Female order taker saw us at register, didn't take our order and walked away & went out the door. Guy working the windows came over and took our order. 15% senior discount.
