Zaxbys wings have gone downhill. Not sure if this was particular to just this location but the wings were small and hard. Tenders were good but in my order they forgot the zax sauce. With so many other chicken restaurants out there now it's hard to justify going back to Zaxby's at all at this point.
Completely ridiculous!!! So after going to this ‘establishment’ I ordered my food and extra sauce after getting home I realized not only was there not extra sauce there was no sauce whatsoever!! When I called I was told she was working there by herself… do better zaxbys!!! Apparently I need to check EVERYTHING customer service is not what it used to be!! I’ll tell you that
