Undermanned during dinner hours. It took 25 minutes to receive my order. Once we received our order, the food was cold, and the wings were very small and overcooked. Both indoor trash cans were overfilled; I had to put my trash on top of the trash bin. This management needs to pay closer attention to the amount of staff required during rush hour and the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Update 7/25/25 It is entirely too hot outside to be having a young lady standing in the drive thru taking orders with no way to stay cool. Thelittle shade there is, is not enough.. Why?.. When your comm system is perfectly working. Decided to get some zaxbys last night, and I was very disappointed in the service, the sense of urgency, the lack of customer service.
