Every time I go here they never get my order correct. They leave stuff out. Or I ask for extra sauce and pay for it, don't get it.
Clearly Zaxbys don’t really know how to cook chicken cus this chicken is uncooked. Slow down(we know it’s fast food) but folks will get sick from uncooked chicken. Ya’ll trying to be like Amer. Deli across the street getting sued for uncooked food?? This food cost too much to serve that plus this is the amount of fries given(hard and cooked more than once). More than half the time I order food I always ALWAYS HAVE TO DRIVE BACK UP HERE BECAUSE EITHER ORDERS ARE WRONG OR FOR MISSING ITEMS I DONT KNOW WHY, AND I UNDERSTAND THE STAFF ARE YOUNG BUT AT LEAST GIVE SOMEONE THEIR FULL ORDER AND STOP RUSHING PEOPLE OUT THE Drive THROUGH BEFORE HAND.
