We stopped here while traveling out of state. We were greeted by several employees when we walked in, and they were so nice! The restaurant and restrooms were very clean. An employee checked on us during our meal to ask if we needed anything. I tried a new menu item and it was delicious. I would definitely stop at this Zaxby's location again!
Wish I could give ZERO STARS. Terribly slow. Kids playing around all night long. Majority of the menu is chicken but we waited 1hr for four wings n things plates while there were no cars in the drive through. Whomever is over the hiring should really consider the staff. Also, why is it fully staffed and barely anyone cooking the chicken. I’m going to advise every person to not come here.
If I could give no stars I definitely would. These people play in my food all day. I’m always having to ask them to remake my food and I only come because I live close by but they hire a bunch of kids just to play in your food. I will not be coming anymore. This is supposed to be loaded fries. The second photo is them remaking my food.
This location is by far the worst Zaxbys. Food is not fresh, customer service is horrible. Make sure you check your bag before leaving. They leave stuff out and don't want to refund you.
