I should've known when I drove up to the speaker and waited for 5 minutes before anyone could take my order that this location was a red flag. The food wasn't fresh. I ordered 2 giant quesadillas and the quesadillas were cold and they were put together very sloppy. This zaxbys will never get my money again.
This place is crazy. They take your order and IMMEDIATELY park you to trick their counter into thinking they are moving customers fast. All it does is impact their capacity models and fake success for corporate. They will park you for 15 minutes on the side with a LINE of people. I sat for 25 minutes before my food came out. I watched them take money and then park every single customer in the line so NO ONE. Was in front of the window. Food is fine if you live long enough to get it. This location needs more people to operate. Taking 10 minutes per car in the drive thru line isn’t acceptable service!
