This Zaxby's done gone so far down hill it's not even funny anymore.
Worst zaxbys to ever exist, needs to be closed DOWN. Nasty, undercooked and completely got my entire order wrong and did nothing about it. And don’t comment back “sorry about your experience, go to blah blah.com” because idc. Just wanted to let people know to never come here. <333
One of the worst Zaxby's I've ever been to they are slow they part 10 cars just to get the orders out and then they get confused on who's older is who's and then on top of that they have to request to see your receipt just to see what you got before they can bring it out to you
Horrible customer service, I’ve went there multiple times ONLY BECAUSE I love Zaxbys. I can’t count how many times I saw workers chatting around while lines of people are waiting to pick up their orders including me. The last time I went they didn’t give me any of the sauces I got, and the food is always cold. And lord it took this lady 30 minutes to package my food just to miss items from the order and miss all the sauces, and when I went back to get the sauces, the worker had the audacity to ask me “You had a mobile order?... read more
