I appreciate the variety of healthy options available on the menu.
I was thinking about giving three stars simply because I ordered at the drive-through speaker and was explicitly asked if I would like coleslaw, extra fries, or extra bread. I chose the coleslaw because it’s probably my favorite fast food coleslaw and have enjoyed it for 10+ years. I thought about checking the bag, but wanted to just trust that the employees had everything in there. Unfortunately when I got home and open the box there was no coleslaw. This is worst Zaxby’s I have been the service was not good. The food was terrible and fries were too salty. They gave me the wrong drink. Overall service is really bad. I never had this bad service from Zaxby’s before. Never again will I go to this Zaxby’s. The food was cooked in old grease.
Great service, great food, fast
Online ordering system needs to be updated or handled differently. I can’t be any earlier than 5 minutes to pick up my order or else I was told it won’t show up in the system. I had to pull around, park and wait 5 minutes to get back in the drive thru line just to get my food. I might as well have not even done the online ordering. The only thing that made it better was the employees brought the food out to my car anyway as soon as they were able to pull up the order.
