I went here with my kids for lunch. Well, I went through the drive-through. I ordered two meals and asked for a Dr Pepper with them. They said their machines were down and that they didn’t have those type of drinks so I ordered two lemonade, but I got my receipt and realized that they up charge me for the lemonades and I asked why did I get up charge for something that has nothing to do with me he let me speak to a manager. I ordered food through the driver thru and the girl who served me was very rude, she yelled at me, she didn't pay attention to my order, she was in a bad mood and made the wrong order, she was overcharging me and when I got to the counter to pay and pick up the minor, she continued arguing with an employee inside about my order, so I decided not to accept the food because it was a very bad experience at this place in Lexington, South Carolina.
Michael was fantastic during my in-store pickup! He went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and ready, and he was so friendly and professional throughout the whole process. It really made what could have been a quick errand into a great experience. Thank you, Michael, for your excellent service!
Food was great but there was a girl at the window that was very rude to me when I asked for extra ranch with my salad.
Managed to be lucky and pull up with no one in line. Took 60 seconds to place my order, pay, and leave with my food. These guys were awesome!
