I called and spoked with a shift lead by the name of Yanitza thats acting as a AM. I ordered through doordash i spent over $30 and when my food arrived it was hard cold and old. I explained to her i contacted doordash already about the order she tells me that she couldnt replace my food because of their policy of i have to get a refund through doordash in order to get my food replaced which is crazy because doordash are not the ones who made my food the first time.
