Richmond, VA. I went to this location at 5 pm during the day. It did not have any signs stating that it was closed in the drive through. I pulled into the drive through and was waiting behind 2 other cars who were waiting a very long time. I couldn’t tell if they ordered or not. Once they pulled away after about 15 min of waiting I pulled up to order. No one said hello or said anything. I said “hello, hello” with no answer. Ordered the chicken bacon ranch fries and got this smh...chicken was very dry. Wasted my money. No one will pick up the phone.
Food was delicious
After coming off of a delayed flight, I wanted to try something new since I have never been to Virginia or Zaxbys. I ordered on the app and pulled into the drive thru where we waited 40 MINUTES, before even getting to the window. Once we were at the window, we were told they were out of Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Okay, we switched to peach tea. This took another few minutes and the girl at the drive thru was standing there holding our drinks and arguing with the other person in the restaurant. The place is disgusting. Staff was sleeping in the booths. When we asked for something to clean the table they told us they don’t have anything and don't clean the tables. We asked someone else and they said they would try and clean it. Eventually they had someone come out with a damp rag who swiped part of the table. The floor and tables were sticky.
