Went to Zaxbys on laburnum at 8:30 pm the store was dirty and the language was even dirtier than the store. I had to wait 30 min just to receive cold old food. People just want what they pay for to be fresh Times are hard and people don’t want to waste money while you make money and hand out old food and bad customer service.
I went in to place my order,there was 2 employee that was laughing when I entered the restaurant. Those was the 2 people that I had a run in last week. They are still being petty. So I spoke to the manager that was on shift, before I left
This place is disgusting my wife came in February 23rd at about lunchtime ordered a 5 piece tongue torch and this is what she got.. after going inside and requesting them to remake the order they filled her original box with the food and didn’t replace anything but just added the chicken. Terrible customer service if your ever in the area and choose to go to this fast food restaurant please check your order before leaving!
