Zaxbys in Henrico need to work on customer service with your employees ASAP!! Not a friendly face in the whole establishment. Not sure if any of them like working there. They saw me waiting at the counter and they finished talking before I was even greeted. Not with a smile and hello but but a stare and have you been helped. The whole staff is unprofessional. Took 15 min to get a Cobb salad inside and it was only 2 people in the drive thru and one person ahead of me waiting for his food. Never again.
Not sure how they are still in business.

I placed an order for Uber eats delivery, and they forgot every single one of my sauces. I understand that mistakes happen, so I just placed a new order for just the sauces, and called hoping to have the new order refunded. They said Uber would have to refund it, which I understand as well, but I’m nervous they might not refund it and I will be out money.
