It’s very rare that the level of service you receive makes you pull over to type a review, but that’s exactly what happened. This Zaxbys is so clean, the food so fresh, and the staff was super friendly. Honestly the type of service you feel bad not recognizing. Thank you for the delicious lunch!
I walked into the restaurant at 2:30 for some lunch. The lady cleaning tables asked a different lady behind the counter if she could help me to which she responded, she was “doing drive through orders”. I said I wasn’t in a hurry and it was okay. But after standing there for 5 minutes, and employees just staring at me, including the kitchen staff, I just left. Also, there were ZERO other people in the restaurant.
