The BEST Zaxby’s in Florence. I live close to the others and I only come to this one. Kiana is PHENOMENAL. She is so sweet and my chicken Philly was EXACTLY how I wanted it.
They didn’t even have food, we went at 9:30 pm on a Saturday and they said they had no food and won’t cook anything else for the west of the night
I don’t know what happened in the span of a week but all of a sudden the service has gone down. They can’t get the orders right and I placed on order and 11:50 and ended up getting it at 12:30 after it had been sitting in the back counter and I had been waiting 20 minutes in store to get it.
Stopped by while traveling. The food was great! The cashier was friendly and helpful .
