I keep coming back because it’s the only Zaxby’s in the area, but I have genuinely never had a positive experience/visit where everything goes smoothly at this location. I have been ignored on the microphone, been given the wrong order, not been given sauce, made to wait for my food for over 10 min. Everything that can go wrong does go wrong.
