Good customer service should NOT be a lost art! We have “managers” that supposedly are leading the flock but they must have received their hospitality training from Oscar the grouch. It’s fast food and no one expects Michelin star food and service from Zaxby’s but what I do expect is an apology when you are wrong. This is the second time this restaurant has screwed up the order. The worst zaxby's i have ever been to...cashier didn't ring up a part of an order but did not tell me that they were out if the fajita quesedilla. Chocolate milkshake was the shake mix and whip cream, absolutelyno chocolate. Had the cashier told me they were out of the quesedilla I would have ordered something else. Avoid this place at all costs..
