First time checking out Zaxbys since there are not many of them. Not sure if this branch is franchised but there is a clear lack of cleanliness/maintenance which equates to poor management.
So went thru the drive thru on my lunch break and order a house salad but when I got back to work wrong food why can’t they people that’s taking orders just stay off their phone and pay attention to what people are ordering
I was visiting from out of town with my boys, and we stopped by Zaxby’s because they were hungry. Although the restaurant was close to closing, the doors were still open. A young lady was cleaning the lobby but didn’t acknowledge us at all—she just kept cleaning without even a glance. Another young woman behind the counter asked if we were there for a pickup.
