We put in an uber eats order for today and to our surprise were contacted with an explanation that this restaurant was refusing to remake our order because they already made it once. Human error happens however, it should not inconvenience the customer. Clearly folks are incompetent, not detail oriented, and are moving to quickly which resulted in them giving out the wrong order. Not as good as I remember or as nice as Staples Mill. I waited 20 minutes for a grilled cheese and the sliders. There were no other guests in the restaurant. After the long wait the fries were hard, cold and unseasoned. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean though. The parking lot could use some love.
Food was fresh & hot. Not the speedyest of service but both my meals were hot & taste good.
