I ordered for pick-up 2 ZAX packs that are supposed to have 20 fingers in each pack. Not only were a few missing but several were the size of a Chick-fil-A nugget. We usually order these packs with no issues but today service fell short of my expectations. These boxes are not cheap. $87 dollars for my order and when you order expecting each person to be able to get a good amount of chicken and you dont get what you paid for....you end up with VERY DISAPPOINTED customers
I done an order online with the app to be picked up through drive-thru when I got there they had it all packaged and I was missing a drink for one that I had to remind them about they fix that I get all the way home and realize they had put absolutely no dressing in the bag for my salad, which I paid for two extra of, and no barbecue sauce for the two chicken tender meals that I purchased so I had to go all the way back in order to get all of the sauces needed for our meals. I ordered the Great 8 boneless meal yesterday and it was cold . My stomach has been hurting badly since . I will never ever eat from here again .
