This is, hands down, the BEST Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to!! Food is always hot and perfectly seasoned. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. We LOVE this neighborhood place SO much!!!

This is the longest I've ever waited at a Zaxby's in my entire life and I've been going to Zaxby's restaurants in many states for as long as Zaxby's has existed! The employees need to learn that if somebody in the Drive-Thru line ordered something that's going to take longer to cook or isn't ready yet they should be moved out of the line so that everybody else could keep moving instead of wasting everybody else's time

Showed up to zaxbys late at night, an African American darker lady poured a random drink from another cup into the cup she gave me and continued to hand it to me. After this incident she proceeded to give me freezing cold food and locked the window after. I proceeded to come back after she decided to do that and she is clocking out and looks up through the window and points at me and talks to someone else, after this she puts a zaxbys bag over her head and walks out.
