Service was good. The man at the front helped me quickly and politely. However, it took a while to get my food and the attached image is their idea of a “chicken finger” which seems more like a nugget. Entire building smelled weird.
It is 1024pm and i been in the drive thru line since 930pm. 25 minutes of that time they have spent on ONE vehicle's order. The loby is close and their speakers system is broken so you have to order at the window. So make sure you remember what you want!
Drive thru girl was really nice, wait wasn’t long but got all the way to realize my 10-year-olds kids meal didn’t come with any chicken.. just like five French fries and a Rice Krispie treat? Sucks when you go to Zaxbys so you don’t have to worry about dinner, but end up having to worry about it anyway.
Quay was extremely patient and had outstanding customers service overall. Will be coming back to the facility again!
