The wait was long, but the food was fresh.
They definitely win the all-time worst Zaxby's award. Congratulations to them! Wow, it's so bad I'm sitting here laughing quietly at the shock of it all. It almost seems like there are hidden cameras to catch my reaction to the rude attitudes. They are next-level pissy and grumpy. Every effort I made to smile, say hello, make small talk, etc. was either ignored or smirked at. I can usually break a wall of ugliness with humor or kindness but this crew is not having it. I’ve had great food and service from here so today was disappointing. After arriving for curbside pick up, I notified through the app I was here. Waited about 10 minutes and no one came out with my food. Decided I would walk in a pick it up my self, no one acknowledged me and I had to get it my self from the shelf. I ordered a large nibbler meal. Didn’t really seem like I got the large fry I paid for. The bread of the nibblers were so dry I gagged from the texture.
