Went through the drive through. They had me pull up and wait for my food. I had ordered (and paid for) 3 extra sauces and I got ZERO in my bag. So not only did I not get the sauce it was supposed to come with, I paid for sauce I didn't get.
I deliver meals from Zaxby's for DoorDash, Uber eats and Grubhub. My wife and I also eat here as well. Zaxby's is a classy restaurant that breaks away from the image of fast food! The meals are always well prepared and you'll receive service with a smile!! If you are tired of fast food burgers and fries, spend some time at Zaxby's and relax with a great meal !!
If you make a mobile order and are picking up through the drive thru don’t pull forward. Wait for your food, otherwise you will be forgotten about. I had to call the restaurant and ask for my order that should have been ready 25 minutes earlier. I was the second car inline waiting for food. When I arrived home my order was wrong and some of the food looked destroyed in the box. Tongue Torch boneless wings had no sauce on them and the chicken tenders were the smallest I’ve seen.
