Disappointed with the (small) amount of (undercooked) french fries I was given. I will not pay for the large upgrade anymore. I'll just simply order a larger drink size, at least then I will know clearly it's a large upgrade. I don't know what's going on (wrong) with the cook(s) or, specifically, the fry cooker(s) with the consistently awful, undercooked french fries at most Zaxby's restaurant locations. I have eaten here several times recently and the service and food has always been excellent.
Aaron was terrific and made us feel extremely welcome and appreciated. He went above and beyond and I cannot praise his service enough. Thank you for a fantastic time and I wish you the best in the future!
