They touched my butt without asking
No ice in drink machine. No napkins in holders. Every single table was dirty. It was not busy at all, so it's not like this stuff couldn't be taken care of, or it was the lunch rush. Made sure to tell staff. They just blinked at us.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the cashier, who was friendly and attentive while taking our order. She even went the extra mile by bringing our food directly to our table, which we really appreciated. A few minutes later, another team member came by to check on us, making sure everything was to our satisfaction and offering additional sauces, which was a thoughtful touch.
