Placed an online order and went to pick it up and it was not ready as promised. The manager asked about it and then thought I was a door dasher and I had to correct him. Whats the purpose of online ordering if it gets overlooked or “the system” messed up….but you have my order. I will update my rating when I see an improvement. Didn’t even offer a free drink or cookie for my inconvenience.
