food was hot and delicious. Customer service was great. Definitely will be coming back.
I see why this zaxbys only has 3.8 stars. They dont read very well. I added tomatoes and eggs to my salad and they put them on but didn't put my slaw on and i ordered three cookies and only got two... this was one occasion. Then today, I paid for and added tomatoes and eggs again surprise surprise, they weren't added. Because of the last mishap, I had to make sure. So I tell them and they give me maybe four slices of tomato... rotten and brown. how is it so hard? I dont get it.
