They gave me the wrong order
I ordered a traditional chicken meal and received all drumsticks instead of a mix of flats and drumsticks. When I called the store, I spoke with the manager, who was unapologetic and did not offer a solution. She asked what I wanted, and I explained I expected the correct mix. She then told me I would need to bring back all of the food, uneaten, for a replacement.
