What I expected from a restaurant – Great family atmosphere! Great price. Wonderful tenders! Service was excellent. I'll be back next week.
FOOD IS GOOD, BUT A LITTLE OVER-PRICED, not best on Fridays or weekneds, as they are busy – The wings are always good at ZAXBY's, but they are a little over-priced. This is also true that you have to add another dollar if you want different dressing than ranch with your wings. For $9, all you get is 10 wings, celery and ranch. Pretty Average – I have visited this location 3 times. The first time it was a little late (9pm), but they were out of Onion Peels. Ok, no biggy. The second time was about 7pm and took about 20 minutes after the order to get my food. Oh yeah, they were out of sweet tea. Yesterday, I visited about 6pm and they were out of cole slaw. They gave ma an extra order of fries in place of the slaw that would have come with the dinner and two extra slaw sides that I had ordered. Avoid this Zaxby's, Owner is a drunk! – I went in and ordered a 'Zampler Platter' and got only a wing platter. I asked for the manager, but the person who presented herself said that she was the owner. Now that I see "Matt Hall" I am very confused. Is the owner a "her" or a "he". Furthermore the wings were undercooked. I had to warm them up in the oven so that the chicken wasn't raw. I went back to complain and was treated in a very rude fashion by the "owner" (a "she"). The BEST CHICKEN!!! – They have the best chicken fingers, sandwiches & salads!! Give it a try and you'll agree! You have to try the Zax Sauce, it's addictive! I use to eat there everyday in college was so excited when the restaurant open in Cleveland!
Good to the last bone. – Zaxby's is doing it right. This is one of the few fast food restaurants that, even at noon, the service is excellent and the food is hot. Do yourself a favor and stop the next time you pass by and ask, "I wonder if that place is any good?" It is.
