They are always busy and there tends to be a wait at the drive thru but its for a good reason you are getting freshly cooked food that hasnt been sitting under a heat lamp. its always fresh hot and delicious.
I went to the drive through. Only 1 car in front of me.., the girl was very polite. Ordered the grilled chicken club. Came with fries which were cold. I only live 3 minuted away. Bread was soggy and there was no bacon..i was not impressed at all. Charging seven dollars u should at least get 2 sides. That does not include a drink either.
Downhill – I have been eating at Zaxy's for about 7 years and have to say that it has really gone downhill. I think they have gone through a few changes in staff and while its not at its worst, the staff is not as inviting and food is generally served in skimpy portions and is frequently overcooked. I can really tell the difference when I eat at Zaxby's in other cities.
do yourself a favor – I tried this restaurant several times hopefully that they would be a decent place to get wings. I wished I hadn't bothered. WHEN or IF they can actually get your order correctly it just doesn't taste that good. The worst is the wait. There is nothing "fast' about their service. I went through drive thru was told to move forward and they would bring out my food. FOUR cars had their orders taken AFTER me, got their orders and left. Consistently good chicken and sandwich place – I like the chicken club sandwich which comes with fries that are cooked well. meaning they are crunchy not soggy good portion sizes. prices also decent for the quality.
One of the better Zaxby's around – I am hooked on Zaxby's Buffalo Finger Plate. I love the "tongue-torch" sauce and wouldn't want it any hotter. Much better service with this Lincolnton location than with the one in Hickory, NC.
Bad choice – Would not eat there again!
Yumm-o – this place is wonderfull!!! with two l's. but all three in the area are now closed..tear.go if you ever get the chance a little bit expensive but totally worth it.
discusting – Management rude female customers.When the customer complains to them. They tell the customer they lie and rude. And manager will not volunteer to do anything about the complaint. Management sees rude employees and will not do anything about it. Employees brush food crumbs off the table. And not clean it up the dirty floor.Employees rude to female customers.
