Everything was cold and hard. This has been the only time I have ever returned food for a refund.
Service and food is trash. Waited 10 minutes just to place my order when no one was in-front of me. Waited another 10 to get over seasoned trash
The cashier was so nice. Said she was new. She was very sweet. Got my free bday treat!!🥳
Food is ok. not the best zaxbys food I've ever had. Service might be the worst I've ever experienced at any fast food not just including zaxbys. a horrible representation of the zaxbys brand. if I didn't love zaxbys food, I would never come here. you always wait forever to get your order taken and for food. employees just walk past you and ignore you as you stand there. order mobile and received 3 less boneless wings than i was supposed to.
