Customer service is horrible. Full of high-school students with nasty attitudes, a constant repeat of your order just to get it wrong. The manager attitude was horrible as well and the food is always cold. This place needs to be shut down until they can get more sophisticated and well mannered staff
"General Manager" Jojo is utterly useless. After repeating our order 7 times, she still failed to even fully get our order. Then gets an attitude when we didn't notice she never rang it up after we waited 15 minutes for our order (no mention of a wait at all). Honestly. Someone needs to fire her. ALL the other employees were working and running around busting their asses. Will be reporting to corporate in the morning. Unacceptable behavior by a so called manager.
I ordered the fried house salad and ided tea in the drive thru and brought it back to my office approximately 5 miles away. When I got to my office there was no ice in my iced tea and there were multiple pieces of rotten lettuce with black slimy edges. There were also cucumbers that were yellowed due to being used past the point where they should be. Waste of $15.00 very dissatisfied!!! Wished I'd discovered the spoiled bits before I'd eaten any of it. Thanks for the upset stomach I'm sure I'll have from consuming the spoile... read more
